Four fully independent victory conditions. No dominant strategy. No borrowed mechanics. No fantasy. Each player faces the same enemy - government overreach documented in 23 Unconstitutional Acts already draining Liberty Points from turn one. Each player builds a deck from the founding documents to overcome that overreach and outlast their opponent.
