Building It My Way (BIMW) is a documentary-style YouTube series about my life as a French solo founder running a startup studio in Singapore.
Every episode shows the real work: experiments, launches, investor meetings, pitches and fundraising, numbers shared openly, failures included.
So far: 2 exits, $2M raised, 15+ apps launched, 12 that failed.
The site also gathers the studio's ventures (.labs, MediaBoost, Metabay Studio), free tools (ClaudeUsageBar, CodexUsageBar, WeDeepFocus) and collab/sponsor options.
