About
Trace is a calm training and nutrition PWA built solo in Denmark. Log workouts on an evidence-based 8-week program, track macros with automatic targets, and see real progress charts — offline-capable and synced across devices.
No streaks, no ads, no dark patterns. And no forced subscription: 199 DKK (~$29) one-time gets you the core app for life (449 DKK after August 1st). An optional membership (349 DKK/yr) adds AI meal scanning — but you never need it to own your training log.
Every number in the app links to the research behind it.
Lifetime Deal
One-time payment for lifetime access to the core app — workout log, evidence-based 8-week programs, macro tracking, body measurements, cardio and sleep, plus all future improvements to those features. Founding price 199 DKK (~$29) until August 1st, 2026 — then 449 DKK. AI meal scanning is a separate optional membership.
