Maker here. I built ToHuman because almost every humanizer out there is a thin wrapper around someone else's general-purpose API — you're paying their margin, and your text gets handed to a third party. ToHuman runs its own fine-tuned Mistral 7B instead, which is why the free tier can be genuinely free (2,500 words/month, no credit card) and why nothing leaves our own infrastructure. What it actually does is a rewrite pass: it restructures sentences so the rhythm varies the way human writing does, widens the vocabulary, and strips the stock connective phrases that make LLM prose read flat. It's not magic — it won't turn a weak draft into a good one, and I'd rather say that up front than oversell it. Works on output from any model, and there's a REST API with n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, CrewAI and MCP if you'd rather have it inside a pipeline than a text box.
