Send a photo, a voice note, or just type "chicken and rice". NOMSbot recognises the dish and returns calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber in about three seconds. If it gets something wrong, you correct it — and the correction sticks.
Personal targets come from your own data, with a safety floor built in: it will not hand you a starvation number. The week matters more than any single day — a weekly average across all five numbers and a green zone instead of a red "you failed" screen. NOMSbot never judges what you eat.
Points, levels and weekly leagues reward tracking, not restricting. A Mini App shows your week at a glance, and there is a full web app at nomsbot.com — one account, the same history everywhere. 13 languages. Free to start.
