Handwritten prescriptions are still the norm in many countries, and misread dosages or confused drug names are a real, common safety risk. MedSheet scans any prescription photo, extracts the medication, dosage, and schedule using AI, and checks it against known drug interactions and look-alike/sound-alike (LASA) medication errors — all completely free.
Every extracted field comes with a confidence score, so anything unclear gets flagged for a quick pharmacist check instead of silently guessed at. Once scanned, MedSheet builds a daily medication reminder schedule automatically — no manual data entry.
Built specifically with Filipino patients in mind, but useful for anyone managing prescriptions.
