Lispr is a free voice dictation and translation for macOS and Windows.
Hold the dictation key, speak, then release. Your words insert as text where your cursor is. You can use it anywhere: email, Slack, a code editor, a browser field, a document, etc.
Lispr recognizes about 99 languages and follows you when you switch between them mid-sentence. A separate translation action covers 32 target languages, just press an extra key.
Add custom vocabularies so Lispr spells names and product terms your way. It transcribes what you say without rewriting or cleaning up your phrasing unless you want to.
Transcription runs in the cloud, no audio is stored and no account needed. The download is 3.67 MB and median warm latency is 346 ms.
