Koadro turns any photo into real pixel art, not a redrawn approximation: it pixelates your actual image with honest math, in a palette you pick. It does not redraw or reimagine your picture, it reduces your real image to a grid of real pixels in the colors you choose, so what comes out is what went in.

Crop and rotate, set resolution and color count, choose named palettes (Nord, Noir, Matcha, Sepia, Dusk, Ukiyo-e, Riso, plus CGA and PICO-8 for purists) or let Koadro read one straight from the image. Turn on Floyd-Steinberg, ordered, or noise dithering when you want gradients and skin tones to melt smoothly even in a small palette. Rebuild an image out of tessellating tiles (square, triangle, diamond, hexagon) instead of flat pixels. Transparent backgrounds stay transparent through the whole pipeline, so a cutout exports as a clean pixel sticker.
