GTA Vice City Browser, also called Vice City Web, is an unofficial, non-commercial web project based on an open-source Vice City port. It lets compatible desktop browsers run a demo using WebAssembly and WebGL. Players can use their own original game data only where the port requests it. The project is not affiliated with Rockstar Games and explains its technical requirements, local browser storage, and ownership guidance on the site.
