CrabTap solves a problem every small business owner runs into: loyalty programs either mean building a native app that costs a fortune and nobody installs, or paying for a platform built for enterprise chains. We went the opposite direction. CrabTap runs as a progressive web app, so there's nothing to download and nothing for venues to maintain. One account and one QR code cover every participating business a customer visits, replacing the pile of separate cards they'd otherwise carry. Stamps and points turn into real rewards, each one set by the venue itself. Owners get a fast scan-to-reward flow at checkout along with tools to send promotions and bring back customers who've gone quiet. The whole setup takes a day, not a dev sprint.
