About
CharacterMap.org is a free online character map for browsing, searching, and copying every character in Unicode — from the original ASCII table to accented letters, currency signs, mathematical symbols, arrows, and emoji. Find what you need, click it, and it’s on your clipboard. Browse characters by category, or type into the search bar to jump straight to what you’re after. Search matches names and descriptions too, so you can find an emoji by what it’s called — try “heart”, “arrow”, or “coffee” — instead of scrolling for it. The Settings button in the top-right corner controls which details appear under each character. You can show any combination of:
