About
BafGo streamlines early‑stage hiring by letting you create interview questions and have candidates record responses on their own time, without creating an account. You send a link, they record when ready, and you review when convenient. This removes scheduling friction, reduces no‑shows, and gives you a clearer sense of each candidate before committing to a live call. BafGo keeps the process simple, fast, and accessible for both sides, helping you identify reliable applicants and make better decisions with less effort.
