Thanks for the thoughtful read, though quick clarification. Alertly isn't uptime monitoring. It's a community safety app that surfaces verified local incidents (fires, collisions, medical emergencies) in real time, sourced from official feeds like Toronto Police and Fire Services plus community reports. Different kind of "alert" entirely. Happy to dig in if the safety side is interesting.

Toronto first on purpose: going deep before wide. The clustering, verification loop, and neighbourhood coverage need to feel tight in one city before we scale. Cheers!
